Vision

The 100K Movement s a bold, Spirit-led initiative to evangelize and disciple 100,000 people across Sri Lanka by 2033 commemorating 2,000 years since the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

It is a collaborative, national effort that seeks to unify churches, youth movements, and Christian organizations toward a common Kingdom purpose: to see transformation through the Gospel of Christ. This is more than a number—it’s a movement to see lasting, community-level change through strategic evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and leadership development.

Core Commitments

A Vision Beyond Numbers

The 100K Movement is not the end goal. It’s a tool to bring people together. While each church or leader has their own calling, this movement asks a deeper question: how can we unite as one Body? It’s not about numbers alone—it’s about unity, transformation, and following Christ together. We long to see a nation changed by a Church moving as one.

Unity Through Diverse Goals

Every church and ministry is unique. The 100K initiative doesn’t replace those visions—it aligns them. This is a shared space for collaboration where different goals blend into one sound. Our dream is not sameness, but harmony. When we move together, each playing its part, we show the beauty of Christ’s Body.

Network and Friendships

True momentum comes from genuine relationships. We hope this journey builds lasting friendships and partnerships. As we walk, share, and pray together, God will grow real connections. Advance Groups help with this—spaces for leaders to meet, reflect, and encourage. We believe small circles can spark big change.

Resourcing the Unresourced

As we move forward, we are also forming a Resource Mobilization Team. Their purpose is simple: to identify areas that lack tools, training, finances, or personnel, and to explore how we can collectively support those places. This is not about centralizing resources, but about connecting the right help to the right places. We believe God has already placed resources within the Body – the right people, the right ideas, and the right material. It is our responsibility to steward them wisely and share them generously.

Start Now

Where Do We Start?

1.Go Local First

We start where ministry already happens—your district. Not with new programs, but by bringing leaders together in your area to ask:

  • What are the needs of young people here?
  • Who are already working on this—and how can we collaborate?

We would like hosting a 100K District Gathering with 10–20 trusted leaders to dream, discuss, and plan for your context.

2. Identify and Empower Key People

Each district will need:

  • A Convener: someone trusted who can gather and lead the conversation.
  • A Catalyst Circle: a small team of people committed to praying, thinking, and acting together.
  • A growing list of local churches, youth ministries, and leaders willing to explore partnership.
3. Resource Mobilization

There are already resources in the Body:

  • Materials
  • Training opportunities
  • People with wisdom and experience

We are forming a Resource Mobilization Team to help share what we have—and get it to those who need it most.

4. National Vision with Local Leadership

We’re not asking for top-down control. We believe this must rise from the ground up.

But to do that, we need:

  1. Bold district leaders who will carry this locally
  2. A shared rhythm of communication and support
  3. A national vision that inspires and connects us

How Can You Engage?

    • Host a 100K District Conversation in your area
    • Help form a Catalyst Circle of committed leaders
    • Share what’s already happening and where support is needed
    • Start Small, Think Long : You don’t need to launch everything at once. You can start with:
       One outreach initiative

      One shared discipleship plan

One district-level prayer gathering for youth

Build as you go. The goal is steady, Spirit-led progress.
